Overview

The userID is a unique number used to identify users in Jive. It is often required for database queries when you need to filter results by user. This article lists the steps for finding a user's userID, assuming you know the user's username, name, or email address.

Solution

1. Navigate to Admin Console > People > Management > User Search
2. Here you can search for the user in question by name, email, or username
3. The search results will show the UserID in the second column
