Information

Global blogs are not associated with a place and include system blogs (which tend to represent the community as a whole) and personal blogs (which represent a particular community member). Global blogs offer different permission settings (to enable users to view, create, and comment, etc.) under Admin Console > Permissions > Blog Permissions.
