Process

To remove external search facets from the Spotlight and Advanced search, create a support case to update the status of Tile Stream Manager system property in your instance as seen here: TileStreamManager.enabled = false.

Only the non-Jive content facet of External Activity displays in the Spotlight and Advanced searches, as seen below.
