Overview

This article describes an issue in which the Leaderboard tile displays the following error message:

Not enough activity in this place to show a leaderboard yet.

 

Environment

• Jive Interactive Intranet
• Jive AWS

 

Diagnosis

This issue is caused by the old Rewards add-on.

 

Solution

1. Uninstall the old Rewards add-on.
2. Install the new Rewards And Recognition add-on.
   
   

 

Confirmation

The Leaderboard tile will populate correctly after installing the new add-on, as shown above.
