Unable to Receive Email Notifications from a Hosted/On-Prem Environment

Overview

On-Premise or Hosted customers reports that users are not receiving notifications for follow-ups/invites or status updates in their Inbox when they should be receiving them. They are not getting the notifications within the app.

Hosted / On-Prem

Resolution

Restart EAE (Enterprise Activity Engine) server.

Confirmation

Wait for approximately 30 minutes to an hour for the email notifications to start processing.
