This article provides information regarding the hosted site sync issue between nodes and how to resolve it.

Environment

Jive Hosted 7.0.1.1

Reproduction Steps

1. Log in to Jive.
2. Create a document. 
3. Edit it and publish the changes.
4. Log in to another node and check the document.

Expected Result

• The changes that were published should be available in the other node.

Actual Result

• The changes are not synced to the other node.
  
  

Process

Perform a Full Restart to bring all the nodes back into sync.
