Overview

You have logged into Analytics Export (DES Explorer) as an Admin. When you click “preview” you see timestamps in the first column in the format:

• • "yyyy-mm-dd hh:CURRENT MONTH:ss"
  • Instead of the expected:
  • "yyyy-mm-dd hh:MINUTE:ss"

I.e. It is showing MONTH where it should show MINUTES.

Solution

This is a known defect that has been fixed in Jive Cloud 3006.7. 

While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.
