Overview

In Impact Metrics, the number of viewers shown in the left-side column is less than the number of viewers listed in the bottom panel.

Solution

Viewers in Impact Metrics are shown based on the document selected and not based on the date range. You can adjust the date range filter to include all the days since the creation of the document. Then the list of viewers and the number of viewers metric will match.
