Steps to follow

Link to the original SaaS runbook.

  1. You need to find the SFTP node on the specific region like below, and then you need to choose the latest created
    Security-Group
  2. The latest created Security-Group is the one that has the max value in its name like below

  3. Then IPs can be added like below, and you should add ticket-ID as description
  4. Inventory

    SFTP US sftp1.phx1.jivehosted.com us-east-1 52.204.206.156 3.228.107.142

    US

    binstore-sftp.phx1.jivehosted.com us-east-1 18.235.62.21 54.166.99.60
    US pssftp-us.jivehosted.com us-east-1 3.229.188.194 18.200.163.115
    EU binstore-sftp.ams1.jivehosted.com eu-west-1 99.81.103.195 99.81.109.101
    EU sftp1.ams1.jivehosted.com eu-west-1 54.229.115.145 34.254.219.96

    sftp1-US/EU = Advance User Sync
    binstore-sftp = Data Dumps

The sample ticket is related to Advance User Sync, so the sftp1 hosts are the ones you need to whitelist. We
do not have test SFTPs for either AUS or Data Dumps.
