Overview

You would like to check if the user synchronization task for the Basic/Advanced User Sync Add-on is still running/when it last took place, or you would like to know more about the actions that were taken during the last synchronization attempt.

Information

1. Browse to the Admin Console > People.
2. Click on the Settings tab.
3. Click on User Profile Sync.
4. Check the information at the bottom of the page. It should be similar to this example: 
   • The Total Users number indicates how many records the add-on found in the latest user sync file.
