Overview
Your Jive instance has a very large number of users (more than 75,000).
- When you navigate to Admin Console > People > Management > User Search, you see no results listed by default.
- When you search for users by name or any other field, you are not able to sort the results by any of the columns.
Solution
User Search results in the Admin Console have a default threshold of 75,000. If the instance has more than 75,000 users, then you would see the above-mentioned symptoms.
To resolve this, you need to set the below system property:
jive.admin.user.search.threshold = ANY_INTEGER
The ANY_INTEGER value needs to be above the current user count. E.g., If your instance has 85K users, you can set this to 100000.
Note: If you are a Jive Cloud user, you will need help from Customer Support to change the above property.
