Overview

When you are trying to set up the Advanced Document Viewer tile, you get the error [object HTMLParagraphElement] at the bottom of the page in a red bar.

This error is not specific to the Advanced Document Viewer tile and can occur with any tile if the following conditions are met:

• A tile with a null documentID value was inserted into the group/space/project
• This broken tile was on a non-default page (the Activity page is an example of a default page)

Solution

The fix for the issue with the tiles is currently under development with our internal teams. However, you can use the following workaround in the meantime to resolve this issue:

1. Create/Edit an Advanced Document Viewer tile (or any other affected tile).
2. Check the Import/Export tile configuration box.
3. Change the value of documentID from null to any number.
