The schedule option of the Delegate Access feature isn't working correctly. You may be seeing problems like:
- After scheduling a post, the scheduled time for it appears as the current time, and the post gets published automatically.
- Posts are getting scheduled, even when you are not selecting the “schedule” option
This article describes the cause of these issues, and how to resolve them.
These issues are caused by your Jive community not utilizing the new Ghost Publish add-on, which has replaced the Delegate Access add-on.
- Hosted/On-Premise Customers: To have Ghost Publishing installed, you need to engage the Professional Services team. If you do not have a Professional Services contract, then you need to speak with your Account Manager, Account Executive, or Customer Success Manager for it.
- Cloud Customers: The Ghost Publishing Add-On is available in the Add-On menu. You will be able to activate and use it on your own.
