When clicking on the Download link in a PDF document, nothing happens, and the document fails to download. The document also has the following message: "Waiting for virus scan. The file is waiting to be scanned for viruses before it can be downloaded."

- Identify the antivirus service being used by navigating to the Admin Console > System > Settings > Antivirus.
- Contact your IT team to have the antivirus service restarted.
