Information

It's not possible to allow specific origins to bypass this security feature of Jive Cloud. However, it may be possible to enable third-party JavaScript code to be added to your instance theme.

Please note that if this is determined to be possible, the functionality of this code would not be supported, and any code that is referenced or added would be subject to removal at the discretion of Aurea/Jive.

Support agents: 

The approval of the account executive or customer success manager of the customer's account is necessary in order for them to have the ability to add third-party JavaScript code to their instance.

If they provide approval, this code section can be enabled for the customer's instance by setting the system property customer.header.html.enabled to true. 

After that, the customer can insert the code by going to User Avatar > Theme > Advanced Options.
