There may be scenarios where you would want to deactivate a large number of users in bulk in your Jive community. Jive doesn't provide the out of the box functionality to achieve this, however, this article lists the possible options and workarounds.
To deactivate a large number of users in bulk, you can perform either of the following:
- Manually deactivate the users one at a time through the Admin Console.
- Set up User Decay Task for automated deactivation of the users.
- Use the Jive REST API's People Endpoint to deactivate the users programmatically.
