Overview

When Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled in Jive, the RSS feed functionality gets disabled. This occurs even if you enable guest access for your community and remove any authentication requirements for RSS feeds.

This article provides information on whether this is a defect or expected behavior.

This is the expected behavior when 2FA is enabled for an instance. 

It may be possible to override this behavior through customization. For more information on customizing Jive:
