Overview

When viewing system announcements, the only information displayed is the announcement title/link and the Show Details button:

In order to see the details of the announcement, users have to click on the Show Details button or click on the title/link.

This article provides information on whether the announcement view can be modified to show the details without having to click on the button or the title/link.

It's not possible to have more information appear in the announcements view without having to click on Show Details. 

Jive On-Premise and Hosted customers may be able to customize this view. For more information on customization:
