A document, blog post, or another type of content item is not appearing to all of the stream audience or is missing from a news stream that is meant to display it.
For example, after a blog post was published to a place that is covered by the rules of a news stream, it only appears for some of the members of the stream audience.
This article describes a possible solution to this issue.
Please follow these steps:
- Rebuild the news streams that are affected by following the process outlined in Rebuilding News Streams.
Clear the application cache in order to make sure that the application is using the new information that was just rebuilt. Please note that clearing the cache will have a slight performance hit, so it is better to perform it outside of business hours.
Note: Jive Cloud customers cannot clear the application cache themselves and need to contact us. Hosted and On-Premise customers can clear the cache themselves.
