Overview

Getting the amount of data consumed by single Jive groups or spaces is something that can be useful especially for on-premise customers.

Solution

Custom queries or reporting, unfortunately, is outside of the Jive Support Team's Scope of Work.

In order to get this information you have two options:

• Engage the Jive Professional Services team, through your Account Manager, in order to write for you the Custom Report you need
• Build the report by yourself. You can start from the Space API Entity and from the Group Entity and you can recursively query for the content created or the statics uploaded in the Jive containers (spaces and groups).
