This article shows some tips to help with arranging the thumbnails and other images on a Jive page. When creating contents with multiple images, the images chosen for the thumbnail, for image streams, and for top and trending photos might not show up in the expected positioning.
The positioning and arrangement of these images are determined based on which image was uploaded first.

Images are not displaying according to the customer's preferred order, positioning, and arrangement.
If your post has multiple images and you do not see the expected image appearing as the thumbnail, check the URL (address) of each image. The positioning of visual contents within a Jive page is determined by which image was added first. When uploading images directly from a computer or local storage, the image files are stored in binary storage and are given a sequence number. This is what determines the thumbnail's position.
In the example below, we can check each image's URL. Thus, we can, later on, fix the image positioning by deleting the images that should be last and starting a new upload of what the first image should be.
Image 1's URL:
Image 2's URL:
Image 3's URL:
Image 4's URL:
Image 5's URL:
(141175) will be the topmost image thumbnail while Image 2
(141181) will be the image at the bottom of the page. These URL identifiers, when sorted in descending order, will reveal that the lowest number will be the image displayed first. The numbers are generated after each image is stored to the binary storage. To ensure your graphics are in the order you want them to appear, always upload the topmost image first, followed by the second image and so on.
