When trying to search for or open a user profile in your Jive Cloud instance, you see the error: An unexpected error has occurred.
- Check if there is any ongoing outage on the Jive Software Status page.
- Clear the web browser cache, close, and re-open the browser.
If the issue still persists, please contact us so that ATLAS can assist you. If you are not satisfied with the solution provided by ATLAS, then it will create a ticket for you on which you can attach HAR file of the error page.
