Overview
This article provides the step-by-step process intended only for Jive On-Prem deployments with no network connectivity (air-gap).
Process
Log on to Jive as a Cloud Administrator, add/modify, and delete the following properties.
- Click the Jive Admin avatar and select Admin Console.
- Select System Management System Properties.
- Locate the property
jive.oauth.consumer_keyand modify its value todummy. If the property does not appear:- In Property Name, type in
jive.oauth.consumer_key - In Property Value, type in
dummy - Click Save Property.
- In Property Name, type in
- Locate the property
jive.oauth.consumer_secretand modify its value todummy. If the property does not appear:- In Property Name, type in
jive.oauth.consumer_secret - In Property Value, type in
dummy - Click Save Property.
- In Property Name, type in
- Delete the following properties:
jive.appsmarket.idjive.appsmarket.registry.enabled
