Overview
There are instances wherein the browser session times out after 30 minutes. This article provides a resolution for the browser timeout issue.
Reproduction Steps
- Log in to the instance.
- Leave the browser open but do not log out.
- Session expires after 30 minutes.
Current Behavior
Browser session times out after 30 minutes.
Expected Result
Browser session should not time out in 30 minutes.
Resolution
Set the Jive system property auth.lifetime = 720.
