LDAP is not syncing/updating user details despite after a successful nightly LDAP sync process.

Follow the steps given below:
- Verify the LDAP user mapping settings for any mapping issues associated with the fields in question.
- Enable LDAP Debug to review more information on the sync process.
- Check if the instance is also configured with SAML. If yes, check if it has user mapping configured with the same fields which have not been synchronizing.
LDAP will sync profile fields during nightly sync while SAML syncs profile fields upon user login.
