Overview
When a user is invited to a social group, they might not be able to join using the link sent by Jive. This article provides the steps on how to resolve the issue.
Environment
Jive Interactive Intranet AWS/Cloud/Hosted (any version)
Resolution
Verify if the user is using a Jive link similar to the one below:
https://jive-instance-url/groups/groupname/activity?et=invite.join.sgroup.unmodifiable
