Overview
A defect has been identified in version 9.0.1 of Jive Hosted and On-Prem where the impact metrics report does not include views made from Jive for Outlook and Jive Daily applications.

Information
The Impact Metrics allow the author of the content to understand how many people are reading the author's posts, how well that content is being received, who has read it, how many likes and comments it has.
This report counts the number of times that particular content has been viewed from different Jive community channels, including Jive for Outlook and Jive Daily.
In this case, the impact metrics only count the views made from the browser and does not reflect the view(s) performed in either Jive for Office add-in or Jive Daily mobile applications.
This counter defect has been resolved in 9.0.5 version. If your instance is currently on version 9.0.1 and you are seeing this behavior, please upgrade to version 9.0.5 to resolve this issue.
