Overview

You are trying to embed a video into content from a service such as Microsoft Stream. Jive doesn't recognize the video as this is an unsupported video service and the embedding process fails.

Solution

Jive uses Embedly as the service to support embedding videos into Content. Microsoft Stream is not one of the supported providers for Embedly at the moment hence it is not possible to embed a Microsoft Stream video directly into the content.

However, you can use the <iframe> tag within an HTML tile to display the unsupported videos including Microsoft Stream videos.
