Overview

This article addresses an issue where both images and text shift to the left side and appear to cut off from the Formatted Text widget in Jive's Edit Mode. This behavior is seen on iOS Tablet View.

Environment

• Jive v9.0.7

Reproduction Steps

1. Log in to Jive via the Tablet Mode of the browser or the tablet.
2. Navigate to the Overview page with the Formatted Text widget. 
3. Click on Customize 
4. Click on Edit this widget. 
5. Observe the images and text in the widget; they are shifted to the left side and appear to be cut off from the Formatted Text widget. 
   
   

Root Cause

This issue is caused by a defect, as described in bug ID JVHOPST-7337.

Resolution

This defect is fixed in Jive v9.0.8 and higher. To address this issue, upgrade to this version or above.
