Overview

Users receive an error That image type is forbidden when uploading images using the Insert image button in the Rich-Text Editor (RTE). This error is observed while adding new content or comments.

This issue has been identified as a bug and reported under the id JVHOP-88. It is reproducible in Jive up to version 9.0.3. If you are using an affected version, upgrade to the Jive version 9.0.4 or higher for a fix.
