Overview

When the user clicks on the Logo, they are redirected to the SSO login page instead of the home page. This article provides the resolution for this issue.

Root Cause

The root cause for this issue is the incorrect URL in Site Header HTML.

Resolution

Follow the instructions to resolve the issue:

1. Go to Avatar drop down > Themes .
2. Click 'Advanced' > Custom > Edit Now.
3. A pop-up showing 'Custom Header and Footer' is displayed.
4. Open the pop-up. Under Site Header HTML, change the URL to point to the correct URL.
5. Save the changes to the theme.
