Single Sign-On Stopped Working

Overview

The user can no longer log in with Single Sign-On (SSO).

Environment

  • Jive Interactive Intranet
  • Jive Core

 

Resolution

  1. Check if the metadata has changed on your SSO Server (for example, because of a migration)
  2. Get new metadata and upload into Jive - please refer to the article Configuring SSO with SAML
  3. Conduct a rolling restart.
