This article provides information regarding Jive support for Two-Factor/Multi-Factor Authentication (2FA/MFA).

2FA/MFA is not possible in the Jive Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) solution. There are no plugins or extensions available either for this integration.

Jive only provides Single-Factor Authentication. However, if you are using SAML SSO, then Jive redirects all authentication directly to your IdP (Identity Provider). This means that with SSO, you can set up your Two-Factor Authentication, and if passed, the assertion from your IdP (Identity Provider) will start the session with Jive.
