Overview

After creating multiple Events with the same title and schedule (date and time) but a different location in a Place, you don't see all of them listed in the Events tab of the Place. In this situation, only the last Event created with the same title and schedule is displayed in the Events tab of the Place.

Solution

This issue was identified as a bug and resolved in Jive Cloud release 3006.8 with the issue key JVCLD-37326 (release notes on Worx). While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.

Testing

After the upgrade, all the Events with the same title and schedule but different locations will be displayed.
