Overview

Despite having full access, you cannot access a group that shows up in a search. When you click on a particular group, it leads to an inaccessible page.

Resolution

1. Hover over the search result for the group or right-click on it to get the group's URL.
2. Choose Admin Console > System > Settings > Redirection Rules.
3. If you find a URL that matches the group that you want to access, make sure it is still needed. Otherwise, remove the redirection rule.
