Overview

This article guides you on how to test if an existing user is getting the Terms and Conditions (T&C) page after their initial sign-on.

Environment

• Jive Interactive Intranet
• Jive Core

Process

1. Go to Admin Console.
2. Navigate to People and find the user.
3. Click user and go to User Properties.
4. Check if user.terms.and.conditions.version property exists.
   If it exists, it means that the user has already accepted the T&C.
5. To re-initiate T&C for the same user at next login, delete the user.terms.and.conditions.version property.
