Overview

When a user browses to All Places using the Tiles and Details view, the count includes Subspaces that the user has no access to. This leads to users wondering which Subspaces are not appearing. 

The problem does not occur when using the hierarchy view.

This issue was identified as a defect and a fix has been released in Jive version 2019.2.
Affected users are recommended to upgrade to this version.

Confirmation

All Places should now include only Subspaces where the user has access to from the Tile and Details view to get an accurate count.
