This article provides a resolution related to the HTML tiles that are rendered blank in Mobile view.

Environment

• Jive Hosting Operations (HOPS) - All versions

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to a page.
2. Add HTML tiles to the page.
3. View the page in mobile or mobile view in the browser.

Process

Ensure 'Mobile Friendly' option is enabled while configuring HTML Tile as shown in the image below:

Confirmation

HTML tiles should be now displayed in the Mobile view.
