Overview

When navigating to an Idea content type, the community theme/UI doesn't load or render correctly.

This article describes a possible solution to this issue.

Solution

1. Browse to Admin Console > System > Settings > Caches.
2. In the caches table that appears, select all the Idea-related caches (You can locate these by searching for Idea on the page).
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, then click on the Clear Selected button.
4. Clear your browser cache.
