Overview

Your organization's security policy is preventing you from being able to download the RPM dependencies that are needed by Jive using "yum" or any other Linux package installers, and you would Jive Support to provide you with those RPM dependencies.

Please note that Jive Support will not be able to provide you with the dependency files directly. However, support agents will be able to provide you with links to the dependency files.

When contacting us, please include the following details:

• The operating system details of the server that you are installing Jive to. 
• A list of the RPM dependencies that you are unable to download.

Please note: If you are installing Jive on a server running the Red Hat Enterprise Linux (EL) operating system, many of the dependencies needed can be located at these links:

• The EL6 SRPMS folder
• The EL7 SRPMS folder

Support agents: You can provide the direct download links for the packages based on the OS and the dependencies listed by the customer. These are usually found on the OS vendor's website (example: Redhat). Please do not recommend an engagement with Professional Services.
