Overview

This article provides the procedure for creating User Relationships in Jive.

Information

Creating relationships between users makes it easier for them to follow (and stay on top of updates from) each other, for example, when they are working on the same task.

Process

To create new relationships between users:

1. Navigate to Admin Console > People > Management > User Relationships.
2. Under Create a user relationship form on this page, in the Usernames field enter the usernames of the people for whom you want to create the relationship.
   Please note that you can enter multiple usernames, to establish relationships between all of them in one go.
3. Click Add to create the relationship.

Confirmation

The new relationship will get created between the desired users.
