Can't Create New User Accounts "Your content could not be saved due to an error"

Overview

When trying to create a new user account, a red bar appears at the bottom of the page, with the error "Your content could not be saved due to an error".

This article describes a possible solution to this problem.

 

Solution

  1. Please ask the user who is trying to create a new user account to clear their browser cache.
  2. If the issue persists, follow the steps in clearing the Jive application cache.
