You would like to set up a DNS redirect for your Jive instance that will soon expire so that traffic isn't interrupted.

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

Once the contract expires, the instance is suspended after a certain number of days.

After suspension, there is no WebApp running. And as consequence, there is no entry on other comments such as NGNIX and Cloud-Frontdoor.

Even before the instance is suspended, external URL redirections are no longer available and Home Page redirections are not permitted either, as you can read in our article on Configuring Redirects.

Once the instance is disabled, the customer will only see an image such as this:
