You observe that when the Test Suite add-on is installed and enabled on your Jive instance, the Tiles and Search are not loading properly.
This is a known issue that was resolved in Jive Cloud 3006.10 with issue key JVCLD-160480 (release notes on Worx). While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.
