After a migration or update of your Jive community, videos that get uploaded to your community don't work correctly. When you try to play the videos, they don't start playing.
This article describes a possible cause of this issue.
This issue may be caused by an invalid video license being specified for your community. Please verify that the video settings in the Admin Console > Video section match the settings that were provided to you. In particular, it has been found that an incorrect video license key can lead to this issue.
If the issue persists after you've verified that all the settings are correct, please contact us so that ATLAS can assist you. If you are not satisfied with the solution provided by ATLAS, then it will create a ticket for you on which you can attach the below information:
- A screenshot of the Admin Console > Video section.
- A HAR file attached.
