When a user invites another user to collaborate with them on a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint document, both users should be able to find each other listed in the Online Collaborators section of the Jive for Office plugin's information panel.
Some users are experiencing an issue where the information panel doesn't correctly display the users who are collaborating on the document together:

This issue was identified as a defect and is currently in the process of being investigated by the Jive Engineering team. For more information, please contact your account executive or customer success manager, referencing the code JVCLD-37424.
As a workaround, users can follow these steps:
- In the Jive tab of the Office application they are using, click on the Accounts button.
- In the Manage Accounts popup that appears, click on the Gear icon next to the account they are using to connect Jive for Office to your community.
- Click on Edit.
- Log in again to the Jive community.
- Click on the Close button.
