You're searching your community for a specific user and can't find them. For example, you recently re-activated a user whose account was disabled/deactivated, but the user isn't appearing in the search.

This issue can occur due to the user search index needing to get updated or rebuilt. If this user was recently reactivated, this can take a few minutes to take place.
If this user wasn't recently reactivated, or several minutes have passed since they were reactivated, please update the user index for your community.
