Overview

When reviewing the logs for your on-premise Jive community, you may notice the following informational error in the SBS.logs file:

"ERROR com.jivesoftware.community.favorites.dao.impl.ExternalURLDAOImpl - More than one record found for unique data: Are constraints enabled?"

This error is observed when the system runs an SQL query in the backend to retrieve user data by Creator ID of an external bookmark and the environment has multiple users who have saved an external URL as a favorite (bookmark) in the Jive community.

This information error has already been investigated by Jive engineering and found not to be harmful. You can ignore this error as it does not impact any product functionality.
