Overview
When navigating to an Idea content type, the community theme/UI doesn't load or render correctly.
This article describes a possible solution to this issue.
Solution
- Browse to Admin Console > System > Settings > Caches.
- In the caches table that appears, select all the Idea-related caches (You can locate these by searching for Idea on the page).
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, then click on the Clear Selected button.
- Clear your browser cache.

I believe that this How to Clear the Jive System or Application Cache article needs to be added as a solution in case clearing the browser cache didn't solve the problem.
