Overview
After you uploaded a video to a place, then marked it as Featured Content, that video isn't appearing in the Featured Content Tile that was configured for the place.
This issue may affect certain videos that are uploaded to the Jive platform. At present, in order to ensure that the video is listed in the Featured Content Tile, it may be necessary to re-upload it to a new video item. Please follow the solutions as they are listed in the Solution section below.

Support agents: When a HAR file is provided by the customer for this issue, analyze the requests contained in it to verify if there are any that don't have a 200 response code.

Clearing the Jive Application Cache
- Clear the application cache by following these steps.
- Click on the Gear Icon at the top right of the tile.
- Click on the Save button.
- Refresh the page that contains the tile.
- If the tile still isn't displaying the video, it will be necessary to create a new video item.
Creating a New Video Item
Please follow these steps:
- Upload a new video item with the same content.
- Click on the Actions menu in that video, then click on Add to featured content:
- Browse to the Featured Content Tile.
- Click on the Gear Icon at the top right of the tile.
- Click on the Save button.
Testing
- Browse to the Featured Content Tile.
- If the video still isn't displaying in the tile, please contact us so that ATLAS can assist you. If you are not satisfied with the solution provided by ATLAS, then it will create a ticket for you on which you can attach the a HAR file.
- If the video displays and you had created a new video item as per the steps above:
- Browse to the video item that was not displaying in the Featured Content tile.
- Click on the Actions menu.
- Click on Delete.
- Click on the Delete button that appears in the confirmation popup.
